xemowhorex's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - volunteered for 4 hours overtime last night. was here until 615p. i was originally denied by the schedule desk when the over time e-mail came out. but some people called out so i offered to stay and help. they accepted. got home around 7pm. went to bed probably around 10pm i think. not bad. still i'm fucking tired today. i got a letter in the mail from kaiser. the result of my sleep study. it says i have mild sleep apnea. i still really don't think i do. i barely slept at all the night of the test. very light sleep and woke up probably every 30 mins to an hour. i wonder how they can tell if i'm not breathing based on sensors attached to my hand. the paper said to go to the class thing and they would discuss with me if i want or need the machine. i do not want nor do i think i need the machine. i think a decent sleeping pill would do the trick. i went camping with my mom once. had some kind of allergic reaction and got myself all swelled up and itchy. that night i took a sleeping pill some one had given her. didn't wake up once. not to itch not to stop breathing not because the ground was cold and hard. not once. i wish i could remember what kind of pill it was. it was heaven. show tonight in santa cruz. i think i'm just going to go there directly after work. hang out in santa cruz. maybe nap in my car. it'll save me some gas. i won tickets to the show in sf tomorrow. i'm selling the other entry to some one on myspace for $40. not bad for something i got for free. it'll pay for gas and bridge toll for the show today and tomorrow. 6:34 a.m. - Sunday, Apr. 06, 2008 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
