xemowhorex's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- test so the 4th is the day of the p.o.s.t test. i had planned on just calling out sick to take the test. since all days are taken for vacation. only as luck would have it the 4th is the day after super bowl. and thus a peak day. i already called out on a peak day earlier this month. i'm awaiting my write up for that. so i think it would be a really bad idea to call out on another peak day. so i e-mailed my supervisor asking for at least half the day off. kim (co worker) thinks he'll give it to me since its new job related. i hope she's right if not i'll have to wait another 2 weeks to take the test. i spoke to this girl i work with nicole. she's going through the hiring process for chp. she's on to her back ground check. i asked her what it involves. she said that they call every one you've ever worked for. they get employment records and find out what if anything you've ever been written up for. that worries me a little. i've been written up for poor attendance multiple times a year for the last 3 years. it worries me more than past drug use. 6:39 a.m. - Monday, Jan. 28, 2008 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
